Level 3 Workshop weekends

Class Description:

These weekend workshops consist of two individual days but run over a weekend for those who travel far. Saturday will focus on the understanding of the senior asanas for personal practice. Timing is 11am to 5:30pm. Sunday will focus more on the teaching of the senior asanas – timing is 9:30am to 4pm
