Light on Yoga Study Course- reading between the lines of Light on Yoga

Class Description:

The first in a series of 4 week online courses where Richard will offer his insight into Light on Yoga, which he has gained through over 50 years of practice and almost 50 years of teaching. His first trip to Pune was in 1977, the first of many trips where he learnt directly from Guruji. The course will mainly be lecture but asana may be used to illustrate specific points.

Participants on the course will also receive a recording of each session.
