Monthly Intermediate Workshop

Class Description:

A workshop for those who can do Sirsasana and want to move on from a general class. Working to develop a deeper awareness and towards more challenging asanas. Sometimes in a studio with ropes in Erpingham, other times in Edgefield. Dates are available termly.
