Restorative class

Class Description:

A restorative class for anyone recovering from illness or injury or wanting a gentle way in to a regular yoga practice.

classes take place at Saints Green Place, a peaceful, purpose built Iyengar yoga studio in the Essex countryside just outside Felsted and 10 mins from Great Dunmow.
Small friendly classes in a fully equipped studio with underfloor heating and air conditioning.
