Summer Saturdays at Jesus Green Lido

Class Description:

Welcoming all levels to a poolside Iyengar Yoga introduction under the trees at Jesus Green Lido, Cambridge’s beautiful unheated 100-yard pool. The Saturday morning class will follow a similar sequence each week, gradually adding new elements so beginners and improvers can build confidence and deepen understanding against the calming backdrop of birdsong and lap-swimmers. The outdoor class is weather-dependent and will run roughly from mid-May to mid-September. Price will depend on your Better (GLL) membership.
