Class Description:
This is a general level class held in the wonderful and fully equipped Hanuman Iyengar yoga studio in Sharpthorne, West Sussex. This class is most suitable for students with some yoga experience.
Iyengar yoga beginners are welcome to try the class, please contact us through the website or message me before.
This class runs term- time only, see website for details. You can book a class or block online or pay me directly.
The studio can be difficult to find as it is quite secluded. Please see the website for instructions or call me before. There is plenty of parking outside the studio.
