Therapy class

Class Description:

Get a personalised program in small, (2 teachers to 4 students) classes led by Iyengar Yoga teachers who specialise in therapeutic yoga. They’ll work with you to design a practice that’s right for your health concerns using props and hands-on adjustments for safety. Expect a supportive, safe environment that helps manage your health and well-being through yoga. IMPORTANT: 4 or 8 classes have to be purchased in one booking *classes not to be purchased individually* ideally consecutive classes are best. These classes are held at Yoga Metta, a fully equipped Iyengar Yoga studio in Leeds.
