Therapy Class

Class Description:

Therapy is a workshop type class where each person is assisted by Lydia / and or Edgar with a bespoke set of yoga asanas. This is recommended when there is an ailment, injury or medical condition such as MS, MND or Parkinson’s which makes a general class unsuitable. The aim is to develop confidence in how to practice at home to aid recovery and enable you to return to a general class.
