5th Yoga Retreat at the Algarve with Priscila Diniz

Event Description:

This is an opportunity to deepen your practice of yogasanas and pranayama/restorative asanas, in an amazing place, distant from mundane distractions, around likeminded people, in a very welcoming and suitable place. Practicing uninterruptedly promotes the understanding and awareness to sink in. The yoga shala is well equipped with plenty yoga equipment so we can have great exploration of the asanas/ restorative poses. Casa Cales is situated in a rural area, about 30 minutes drive from Faro city, 20 minutes from the seaside and 5 minutes from the nearest town called Loulè. It is very quiet and calm. Its gardens are full of exotic plants and colourful flowers. Stunning views and sunsets contrasting with the mountains, sea and beautiful architecture of the house. The food is delicious, made with love and well presented and we can get to know each other at the table after meals or go for walks or to the seaside. There is also a lovely salt swimming pool for us to chill around it. All the prices for accommodation, lodging and catering have been kept the same as last year. The yoga classes are also for the same price as last years’. Deposit of £ 200 (non-refundable) which will pay for 5 yoga classes in the morning and 5 classes in the afternoon.
