Asanas in Nature: A Yoga Day in the Yorkshire Dales with Gerda Bayliss

Join us for a day out in the stunning Yorkshire Dales, practicing yoga surrounded by beautiful views and fresh air. Gerda, will guide you through poses for all levels. Enjoy morning yoga, vegetarian/vegan lunch, and optional lunchtime walk. The day concludes with restorative yoga. Come experience the benefits of yoga & connect with like-minded individuals in a beautiful natural setting.
