Event Description:
Vedic chanting is one of the oldest ways that yoga has been passed down – originally not through books, but through sound. It’s simple, rhythmic, and be “good at Sanskrit” or have a perfect voice. All you need is a willingness to listen, repeat, and let the sound settle in. Many people surprisingly calming, like meditation in motion – the words carry you, and your mind starts to quieten.

Building on the foundations, we begin to refine pronunciation, rhythm and flow, bringing more steadiness and confidence to the practice. A gentle deepening into sound, with clarity, attention and ease.
