Hay-on-Wye yoga weekend

Event Description:

Join me for a weekend in Hay-on-Wye at the amazing Wye Valley Yoga studio, fully equipped with Iyengar yoga props –  an amazing chapel conversion. The town and surrounding area is truly special.

Classes will be 2 hours from 1.30 to 3.30pm on Saturday, an hour break for light refreshments and a recuperative session from 4.30 to 6pm. Sunday morning, another 2 hour class from 10.30am to 12.30pm. Price for the yoga sessions £75 (£20 deposit).

You book the accommodation that best suits you – from camping to B and B to hotel, for 1 or 2 nights.

I arrange an evening vegetarian dinner at the Cosy Cafe in the centre of town for those who would like to get together on Saturday evening.
