Intermediate level workshop with Marios Argiros

Event Description:

A morning event where we will have time to explore asana in more depth. To join this intermediate level workshop you should have a minimum of two years’ Iyengar yoga experience. Teachers and students being mentored are of course welcome too.

Please bring basic kit of mat, 4 blocks, 2 bricks, 2 belts, blanket, and yoga chair and bolster if you have them. Parking on site is available, or free in some nearby streets. The venue is 6 mins walk (Google maps) from Letchworth station. We will have some spare equipment available if you are coming by train.
