Leeds City Yoga Day with Gerda Bayliss

Event Description:

Join Gerda for a full day of Iyengar yoga in the heart of Leeds. Some calm in the city, we begin with a focused morning practice, alongside some simple insights from yoga philosophy. After a home-cooked vegetarian lunch, we’ll head over the road to follow the sculpture trail for a short stroll through the university grounds, or rest at the studio. The day closes with a restorative practice to settle and restore.

The workshop takes place at Yoga Metta – a fully equipped Iyengar Yoga studio in Leeds.
