Level 2 and 3 Asanas Workshop – Incorporating these into a regular practice

Event Description:

Come and spend an afternoon exploring some of the asanas from the level 2 and 3 syllabuses. Deepen your understanding of the ones you are getting to know and maybe meet some you are not familiar with. It is one thing to touch on an asana but the next step is to get to know it better so that it pops into your regular practice. This workshop aims to see how we can make that happen by linking them with asanas you know well. For Iyengar yoga teachers, trainees and students with an established practice and a good knowledge of the level 1 asanas, who are ready to have fun exploring further.
