Light on Yoga Workshop

Event Description:

Celebrating 60 years of Light on Yoga! Referred to as the “bible” of modern yoga, Light on Yoga has served as the source book for generations of yoga students around the world. This year marks the 60th anniversary of its official UK publication date in 1966.

In tribute, Senior teacher and former student of B.K.S. Iyengar, Sushama Chitale, will lead an Open Level workshop celebrating Light on Yoga’s influence. This session will reference and explore the foundational techniques, precise alignment, and philosophy from Iyengar’s definitive publication.
