NELIY Workshop with Maggie O’Grady

Maggie O’Grady has practised yoga since 1993, and qualified to teach Iyengar yoga in 2015. She obtained an MA in Traditions of Yoga and Meditation from SOAS in 2021, and has a particular interest in the study of yoga and tantra for purification. She has made four visits to RIMYI in India, most recently in 2025, cherishing classes with Prashant Iyengar. Maggie enjoys teaching online, at venues around London, and internationally. On her yoga holidays, she dives deep, exploring the chakra system through asana, pranayama and chanting. In her workshop for NELIY, she aims to give you a snapshot of this healing work.
