Pop up afternoon workshop with Aubrey

Event Description:

Afternoon pop up all levels workshop with Aubrey: Aubrey, a Level 3 Iyengar yoga teacher with over 30 years of personal practice and 20 years of teaching experience. Aubrey recently moved from London and has been a long time student at RIMYI in Pune India where he has studied with the Iyengar family. Aubrey is also a registered mentor and a qualified assessor for IY(UK).  The workshop takes place at Yoga Metta a fully equipped yoga studio in Leeds. Aubrey also teaches a morning class on Saturdays so you could attend this class as well in the morning and make a day of it.
