SADIY Exchange of Learning (EL) day

Event Description:

The upcoming SADIY Exchange of Learning (EL) day will be taking place on Sunday 31 January 2027 at the Sheffield Iyengar Yoga Centre and be led by Frances Homewood. This year’s session will focus on the theme of ‘Prānāyāma’.

Date: Sunday 31 January 2027
Time: 10.00am to 4.00pm (including a short break for lunch)
Fees: £40 or £35 for SADIY members

The in-person event provides 5 hours of learning in a friendly, collaborative environment where participants can share knowledge and experience. Open to all registered IY(UK) teachers and trainees, this session will not be assessed.
Note: All teachers must complete at least one Exchange of Learning Day every 2 years. If space permits, retired or former Iyengar teachers who maintain their IY(UK) membership and do not teach other yoga styles are also very welcome to attend.

Places are limited (20 participants max) and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please secure your spot early to avoid disappointment.
