Sunday afternoon Yoga workshop in Hove

Event Description:

The Tree Of Life Centre in Hove is a fully equipped yoga studio.

There is free parking on the side roads between noon and 7 pm.

I am a level three certified Teacher with 30 years of experience so you are in safe hands.

maximum group size is nine people in total so you can get attention & individual adjustments -if you would like them.

I prefer to work carefully in poses to challenge our habitual way of working ; to learn how to stabilise the joints before we finally attempt to improve our flexibility.

I always include some Pranayama- breathing techniques.
