Sushama Chitale Live at Manchester and District Iyengar Yoga July 2026
Event Description:
Many of our members might recognise Sushama from our online events from 2021, 2023 and 2024 or observing or attending her classes in Pune. Sushama teaches the beginner, intermediate and senior citizen students at RIMYI in Pune. We are absolutely delighted that Sushama is now visiting us in person at MDIY.

Programme:
Friday 17th July 2026
2pm-5pm Intermediate/General class
(Teachers and non-teachers welcome). £30 members/£35 non members
6pm-7pm Pranayama for everyone. £6 members/£12 non members
Saturday 18th July 2026
10am-1pm General Workshop (Suitable for all) £30 members/£35 non members
1.30pm-3.30pm Workshop for Experienced teachers and practitioners who are facing Senior Citizenship.
(This workshop is aimed at students who have had an intensive practice and still wish to work at an intense level. Sushama will teach us all how to continue with an intensive practice as we grow older, lose our balance, stamina and strength). You don’t have to be a Senior Citizen to attend! £20 members/ £25 non members
