Weeklong yoga retreat on the island of Crete.

Event Description:

Join me for this week-long retreat, set in the beautiful fishing village of Sfakion in South West Crete. This is a chance to deepen your practice in a peaceful setting, with asana practice in the mornings and recuperative poses and pranayama in the afternoons. The venue offers a fully equipped Iyengar yoga studio, with both indoor and outdoor spaces and stunning views across the bay.  Two delicious, locally inspired buffet-style vegetarian meals per day are provided and plenty of time is given in the middle of the day to explore the beautiful beaches and hike in the hills to untouched villages. The yoga teaching is suitable for all, including those new to the practice.
