A unique Iyengar Yoga, health and detox retreat in the heart of beautiful Dartmoor National Park in Devon.

Enjoy yoga practice with Yaara Lahav Gregory (two sessions daily); learn about the functionings of the body and how to optimise health through gentle, natural, scientific means with functional medicine doctor Katharina Deutsch; eat nourishing, delicious food and learn about nutrition with nutritionist and chef Galit Hahn; meditate, spend time in nature in a relaxed, joyful atmosphere.
