Event Description:

Week of yoga with 6 morning asana classes (2.5 hours) and 4 afternoon restorative and pranayama classes (1.5 hours). 7 nights’ accommodation, 6 vegetarian brunches, 5 evening meals and tuition fees are included, The yoga studio is fully equipped with Iyengar yoga props. The venue is situated 2 km from the charming town of Tavira, which is 40 minutes from Faro airport. Aisling is a Level 3 teacher based in Dublin who has been teaching for over 30 years. She has been to RIMYI in Pune many times and is an assessor and a mentor, mentoring at Levels 1, 2 & 3.
