Yoga holiday in Crete with Marios and Anna Argiros – beginner/general level

Event Description:

Marios has been teaching Iyengar yoga courses for over 20 years in this beautiful, quiet and unspoilt corner of Crete. We welcome students from all over the world, of all ages (16+) and we have weeks for all levels of experience. Our accommodation is right on the beach, and everyone enjoys the balance of yoga classes and free time to relax by the sea. We have been using a new studio for the last couple of seasons, nestled among the olive trees a few minutes inland. It has ropes, chairs, bolsters and all necessary equipment.  Accommodation, taxi transfers from Chania and brunches after the classes are included. Read our website for lots more information.

This week is ideal for those attending beginner or general level classes and will be taught jointly by Marios and Anna Argiros. We accept complete beginners with a good level of fitness, and aspiring teachers being mentored are also welcome to join.
