For over 19 years, Heliotrope Yoga Holidays have been providing inspiring yoga holidays in places hand picked for their natural beauty and relaxed, homely atmosphere.

Karen is a gifted yet down-to-earth teacher who has been teaching here at Heliotrope for many years. Her classes are meticulously planned and filled with clarity as well as humour.

This area of Turkey is so rich in natural beauty and also abundant with amazing ancient history. For those who wish to explore, we make it easy and affordable to do so.
