Flight Information:
You will need to book your flights to Colombo separately. We can then arrange transportation for you—approximately £75— to travel from Colombo to Ulpotha. Airlines such as Emirates and Sri Lankan Airlines offer direct flights to Colombo from London, with round-trip fares around £750.

About Georgia
Georgia is a Level 3 certified Iyengar yoga teacher with over 25 years of international teaching experience. She began practicing Iyengar yoga in 1990 in Sydney and, after relocating to London in 2001, began her teacher training. Now based in Portugal, Georgia has taught students across several countries and continues to share her knowledge with insight and dedication.
She has studied at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, India, on more than five occasions—learning directly from B.K.S. Iyengar, his daughter Geeta, and his son Prashant.
Georgia’s teaching is clear, calm, and attentive, with a strong focus on adapting postures to meet each student’s specific needs. She has a deep understanding of yoga as a tool for rehabilitation, personal growth, and enhancing overall quality of life.
