Alice Knowelden

Bio:

I qualified to teach Iyengar Yoga in 2015 and have been practicing yoga since the late 90s. I trained to teach in North London with senior teacher Ros Bell and have practiced in Pune, India, under the tutelage of Geeta Iyengar and other members of the Iyengar family. I have taught in various yoga studios and corporate environments across London and currently teach online, in my home studio in Clapton (East London) and at East of Eden in Walthamstow. I also teach summer retreats at Canel in the South of France. My classes are fun, challenging and accessible, allowing newer and more experienced students to feel the benefits of Iyengar Yoga and discover a deeper practice.
