Bio:

I have been practising for over 40 years and qualified at senior 3 in November 2004. I have been to Pune several times and studied with the Iyengar family over many years, in addition to working with many other well known teachers, from this country and abroad. My student base is varied in terms of age and ability and it is valuable to learn from them – what works for one student may not work for another – being flexible in approach is therefore important, whilst honouring the lineage of Iyengar yoga.
