Bio:
Over 25 years teaching experience. Intermediate junior level 3 (2012). Face to face one to ones in Brighton and around Sussex. I specialise in helping students who would struggle in a group setting. Online one to ones using FaceTime. Weekend workshops too. In asanas I like to challenge our habitual way of working. I particularly enjoy teaching pranayama techniques too.
