Over 25 years teaching experience. Intermediate junior level 3 (2012). Online one to ones using FaceTime or Skype. Weekend workshops too. Face to face one to ones in Sussex. I specialise in helping students who would struggle in a group setting. In asanas I like to challenge our habitual way of working. I particularly enjoy teaching pranayama techniques too.
