Hello! I am a fully qualified Level 1 Iyengar Yoga teacher. I have been practising yoga for over 25 years, and it has changed my life in wonderful ways. I have been lucky enough to attend regular classes for many years with senior teachers such as Sallie Sullivan and Jen Henwood in East Sussex, where I have been living until July 2025, and now Sheila Haswell in High Wycombe. As well as teaching yoga, I have worked in education for over 25 years in a whole range of settings so I bring a calm, confident and grounded approach to my classes. I look forward to meeting you!
