Bio:

I began attending Iyengar yoga classes in 2002. I qualified as an Introductory level teacher in 2008, and as a Junior Intermediate level 1 teacher in 2016. I taught general level classes in Stirling area for 9 years before moving to Loch Lomond. I am currently teaching general level classes in Alexandria.
