Bio:

I have been teaching Iyengar Yoga since 2000 and attained Senior level 3 certification in 2014. I have studied with the Iyengar family in Pune on many occasions. I have trained many teachers in Dublin and continue to mentor under the new system and I lead Professional Development workshops for teachers. I regularly teach therapy and individual classes as well as my regular weekly sessions.
