Bio:

I started Iyengar Yoga in 2016, just as a fitness in my IT company office and I couldn’t imagine that after several years I became a teacher. Fortunately my first trainer practiced the Iyengar Yoga and she gently shared her passion with us. In 2022 due to circumstances my family had to move from Russia to Scotland and it was vital for me to continue my own practice and spread the awareness of Iyengar Yoga anywhere I live. After any class — regardless was I a student or a teacher — I feel clear conscience, that I definitely did something good. I see how yoga changes faces after class — and this is my highest motivation.
