Bio:

I qualified at Level 1 in October 2012 and now teach at the wonderful Sheffield Iyengar Yoga Centre. I really enjoy bringing yoga to new students and seeing them progress. The Iyengar method makes yoga accessible to everyone, whatever their age, fitness level or flexibility, and I embrace this inclusivity in my teaching, aiming to encourage and gently challenge my students to discover their full potential and to reap the many benefits of yoga, which go far beyond the physical.
