Bio:

I went to my first Iyengar Yoga class in 2000 and have been hooked ever since. I’ve studied with Iyengar teachers in Australia and the UK and now and love sharing yoga with others. My classes are suitable for all levels. All equipment is provided but please bring your own mat if you prefer. I teach at Teddington Pools on a Wednesday at 7pm. Booking is optional and membership to Teddington Pools not required.
