Frances McKee

Bio:

Frances has been teaching yoga since 1997! That year she headed off to the Pune Institute in India to study with the Iyengar family. Her dedication to the practice has been life changing and she is grateful every single day to have discovered the benefits of yoga. Life is an unfolding and undulating journey but yoga has been the catalyst that has given her the tools to navigate the path. . Her passion is to make yoga accessible to everyone and to meet the needs of her students so that they too can discover the benefits of a yoga practice. As the director of The Yoga Extension, her aim is to create a safe welcoming space to practice and teach yoga and to build a community that will use the benefits of yoga to enrich every life.
