Bio:

With a sports background in figure skating and ice dancing I discovered yoga in 1993 as a means to improve my skating skills. I had been practising Iyengar Yoga under the guidance of Kirsten and Richard Agar Ward in Bath for many years. Since 2013 I am holding the Introductory Level 2 certificate. In 2016 I had the opportunity to study Iyengar Yoga directly at the Pune Institute (RIMYI). I am currently teaching a Beginners and General class at my home.
