Bio:

My interest in yoga began in the early 1970s but it was a 12 year search to find a teacher and method that I could connect with. Since the late 1990's having gained an Iyengar teaching certificate I have been a full time teacher. Whilst I would have loved to only work in an Iyengar studio, I am grateful to have worked in various gyms and establishments, all manner of body types and mind sets, then having to develop strategies to teach each one. I love the Iyengar approach with scruplous attention to body alignment and am still amazed at how simple poses done well can have a life changing effect.
