Bio:

I started Iyengar Yoga when I arrived in Sheffield in 2005. I love the focus on precision and alignment, as well as the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of regular yoga practice. I passed my Level 1 teaching assessment in 2024 and teach in Bamford in the Hope Valley in Derbyshire.
