Judith Soffa

Bio:

Judi is a senior level teacher and has been practicing Iyengar Yoga since she was a teenager. Her first visit to Pune, to study on an intensive with BKS Iyengar, was in 1982 and she has since attended either intensives or local classes on 16 occasions at the RIYMI Centre in Pune, India with Guruji and or Geetaji Iyengar. She has been teaching for many years starting with university classes and evening adult education classes. She had a yoga studio in Matthew Street in the Cavern Quarter, above the Beatles shop for many years and now has her own yoga studio just off Hope Street, Liverpool.
