Bio:

I am a level 3 teacher currently managing and teaching at Yogavastha, Bath. I offer classes in person and online, I am available for one to one teaching or bespoke classes for small groups in Bath or London. Please contact me for details: loisward1912@icloud.com I first began attending Iyengar Yoga classes in 1991 with Ian Wood who taught classes for Adult Education in Essex. I attended classes regularly and this inspired me to want to teach. I was fortunate enough to be accepted onto a teacher training course taught by Jayne Orton in Essex. I passed my Introductory level assessments in 1998 and 1999 and have been teaching since then, going on to pass Intermediate level 3 in 2006. During this time I was a single parent with small children, juggling work and childcare. I was able to visit RIMYI in 2007 and again in 2018.
