Bio:
My love of yoga began when I first attended classes at my local Buddhist centre in Edinburgh while at university. I have been praticising yoga for over 25 years and teaching for 20 years; I started teaching Iyengar yoga in 2003. I am a certified Iyengar yoga teacher - I am qualified to teach Junior Intermediate level 2 asana and my training is onging. I am experienced, confident and intelligent teacher. My classes are hard but fun. I love to learn and convey my joy in learning to my students.
