Bio:
I am certified to Level 3 (under recent system) as both a mentor and therapy teacher, having received my Introductory Certification in 1998. I have taught regular Iyengar yoga classes since then. I started iYoga Dublin (formally the Iyengar Yoga Centre of North Dublin ) in 2006 and have focused both my teaching and teacher training activities at the studio. Since Summer 2020 I have stepped back from iYoga Dublin and now teach classes in Schull , West CorkProfile Info:
