Bio:

Maggie is qualified as an intermediate teacher. She is currently teaching on Zoom Monday 11.30-13.00, Tues 18.30-20.00 and Friday 14-15.30. She teaches in the corporate sector (e.g., Goldman Sachs, Rothschild); currently, every Monday at Arup 18-19.30. She teaches at gyms and private clubs (e.g., The Ned, Virgin Active, Nuffield Health, the Laboratory, Home House) and at yoga studios (The Iyengar Yoga Studio, The Life Centre, TriYoga, etc). The Lab Muswell Hill Tuesdays, 9-10.15, is her local class. The yogic path is a way of life for Maggie. She is inspired by the teachings of Patanjali, Tantra and Vedanta and sees the yogic path as a journey full of wonder and delight. This enthusiasm is palpable in her yoga classes.
