Nina Hayden

Bio:

I was born in Sweden and was always drawn to alternative traditions. I first tried yoga after my daughter was born in 2002 and in 2005 I started practising regularly. In 2009, I discovered the Iyengar yoga method and that was it for me – I just love the way it make me feel. Five years later, I got my teaching qualification and hasn’t looked back. My passion for sharing the benefits of yoga comes from the tremendous benefits it has brought to my own life. My own learning continues attending classes and workshops with local and visiting teachers.
