Bio:

I have been practising Iyengar Yoga since I moved to Scotland in 1991 and  trained with Gordon Austen and Helen Graham in Glasgow, qualifying as a teacher in 2009. I had the good fortune to have been taught by Geeta and Prashant Iyengar at the Yoganusanam conventions of 2015 and 2018, in Pune, and continue to study online with Abijhata Iyengar.  I now live in Edinburgh where my teacher is Katie Rutherford.  I currently teach two classes a week through the U3A. I have 2 roles on the IYUK Exec as Chair of the Archives committee and member rep for ESIY
