Bio:

My first Iyengar yoga class was 23 years ago. Looking for a little ‘me’ time, I was instantly ‘hooked’. I realised that focused practice was reaping immeasurable rewards. My yoga practice blossomed into a new way of life. Teacher Training began in 2016 with Sasha Perryman at The Cambridge Iyengar Yoga Institute. I am thankful for the enrichment yoga has brought to my life and enjoy sharing this wonderful 'Path to Holistic Health' with students of any age and ability.
