I have been practising Iyengar yoga for thirty years, qualified as an Introductory teacher in 2009 and currently certified to Level 3. I teach a variety of classes to adults, teenagers and younger children in West London and feel passionate about the ongoing study and challenges of Iyengar yoga and its tremendous benefits, both physically and mentally.Profile Info:
