Tamara is a level 3 teacher with a wealth of experience - 12 years at Yogawest in Bristol and a further 5 years as Director of Eastern Yoga in Bristol and Iyengar Yoga Online. She now concentrates on teaching local classes in her home town of Wotton-under-Edge as well as weekend retreats and holidays.
